CRMRC Membership Form

Completion of this form means you give permission for us to share your information with Welsh Athletics for administrative purposes. You will receive an email from Welsh Athletics (WA) requesting payment of the appropriate fees and giving you access to their online portal where you can amend your personal details. You will also need to agree to abide by the Welsh Athletics code of conduct and UK anti-doping regulations.

Membership Fees:
